BUTCH'S BISCUITS

Ingredients:
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tsp of sugar
5 tsp MAGIC BAKING POWDER (it has to be MAGIC BAKING POWDER!)
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of CRISCO oil (it has to be CRISCO)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In a two litre ice-cream container add dry ingredients. cover with the lid and shake so that they all shift together. Place the sifted dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of milk and add the 1/4 cup of Crisco oil over the milk. Mix it all together and knead lightly. On a floured board, roll out to one inch of thickness. With a glass (dipped in flour to keep it from sticking) cut out twelve to fourteen biscuits. Place biscuits on a cookie sheet, middle rack, for twelve to fifteen minutes or until golden brown. Spread melted butter over the top of the biscuits and let cool. UUUUMMMMMMM UUUMMMMMMM GOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
