2 lbs pork spareribs or chicken wings
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Cut ribs into bite size pieces and put in baking dish with lid. Combine sugar,garlic powder and mustard and mix with ribs. Set in fridge a few hours or overnight.

Combine 3/4 cup soya sauce with 1/2 cup corn syrup. Pour over ribs and bake until tender ( 2-2 1/2 hours) in a 350 degree oven.
