Norway Apple Pie
1 egg
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup flower
1/2 cup chopped walnuts "opp."
1 1/2 cups diced apple ; about 3/8" square
Heat oven to 350 In a large bowl combine all ingredence , Stir until blended, mixture will be stiff and like a cake batter, Butter a 9" pie plate and spread the mixture even.Bake 30 min,or until brown and slightly puffed, serve hot with whipping cream or ice cream.. MMMMMMMMMmmmm
