Butch’s Corn Meal Bread
Preheat oven 350
1 tablespoon buter 2 tablespoons sugar 2 eggs separated 1 cup milk 1 cup corn meal 1 cup flour 3 teaspoons baking power
Cream butter & sugar thoroughly together,and add yolks of egg one by one.
Add cornmeal,flour & baking power mixed together to creambutter & sugar. Then beat egg whites to a stiff froth.
Now add milk to dry ingreadents. By beating with fork, fold inegg whites lightly! pour in a greased & floured pan put in oven for 20-25 min.
Butter top
Wait 10-15 min remove from pan.
