Dough
4 cups flour parsley/summer savory 4 eggs salt&pepper 2 tbsp. of lard potatoes
Add water & roll out for pastry.Cut pastry into 1-inch squares, then add to chicken broth or ham broth when boiling, one piece at a time. Cut potatoes up and put in broth add parsley/summer savory, salt, and pepper. Ready to enjoy when potatoes are done. You can also, put the dough into a roasting pan with chicken or ham.
